My dad (b. 1938) was going through a divorce and trying to find himself while raising my brother and I.

He used to listen to this song a lot - always in the dark. It's very emotional.

Eventually, I realized he was smoking pot at the same time...

Ha ha. Those are preteen memories of the early 1970s...Not exactly "The Brady Bunch", but they are mine!
