why dont my posts work HELP!!!!!

i keep trying to post a youtube video. last night it said admins or whatever were going to view it before they put it up and it never yet up. now today im getting this:{ Errors

whats that about

i even tried making 3 worthless posts on here. and it still didnt work. what am i doing wrong. why can i promote my video on any of these music forums. can some one please help

Same thing happened to me for a while, and then around ten posts or so I was finally able to include links.
