Come on, Eminem by a mile.

Let's break it down:
1. Eminem is lyrically more advanced than Drake. His complex, multi-syllabic rhyme schemes give him the edge over Drake.
2. Eminem's flow is far superior to Drake's. Drake's flow doesn't vary very much and is frankly quite boring at times. Eminem has a different flow for each song and can even switch flows mid-song without missing a beat.
3. Eminem is one of the greatest story-tellers in hip-hop history (see Stan, Cleanin' Out My Closet, Mockingbird just to name a few). Haven't seen any evidence from Drake as of this moment.
4. Eminem is skilled in all aspects of being a rapper. Eminem is adept at battling, freestyling, song writing, and performing live. Drake show's still leave much to be desired live. I doubt he's ever battled (and if he has, it's nothing like the battles Eminem competed in). I also saw a video where Drake's "freestyle" was him reading lyrics off a blackberry.
5. Eminem has proven that he is one of the best rappers over an extended period of time (1999-present). Drake has proven to be one of the most successful rappers today, but it has yet to be determined if he'll still be on top 10 years later.

Drake is a rapper who is currently hot and has undeniable skill. However, he still has a lot of growth before he's in the conversation with the top rappers (such as Eminem). I think Eminem at this point can be placed in the legendary category (with the likes of Rakim for example) with the body of work he's put in. After all, he's the highest selling artist (not just rapper) of the past decade. He has jumped on the tracks of some of the best lyricists and stole the show (example: Renegade with Jay-Z).

eminem can not even be compared to these new rappers or put in the same category kuz hes on a whole nother level the tupac and biggie level, and wat rapper has as good beats on his bak as dr.dre nowadays.
